More Work than a Gym 

Welcome to ergogym. We offer programs that are designed to assist people to regain function after an injury or illness. We offer comprehensive assessments by experienced staff, to establish your requirements. Programs can take place at our premises in Phillip or at heated pools in Kambah or Belconnen. We can set you up with a program to do at home. Our programs are multi-faceted and usually include exercise, activity and education on how to manage your pain. We can also offer hands on treatment, manual therapy or soft tissue treatments if required.
